“…reaching the lost and feeding the multitudes.”

Patriot_GuardIt has been such a blessing to see how God has been growing and shaping Cody and his family over the years.   I think the
thing that stands out the most is God’s faithfulness and how Cody just continues to rely on his heavenly father, he has been a
huge inspiration to our family and we are very excited to see how God is going to continue to use him in the future.   We feel
very blessed to have Cody in our life and we know that it is by the hand of God that we were brought together, the song he
wrote for us “Heroes left Behind”  is testimony to that and I know that God is using that song to bring about healing to a lot of
families including ours.  II Corinthians 1:3-4. Thank you Cody for being a faithful and obedient servant, Jim and Dianna

I have been associate pastor of Central Christian Center for 33 years and have worked with a lot of people.  I have observed
and worked with Cody for the last 4 years. Cody is not a Rock Star looking for fame and power.  He is a man after God’s own
heart.  His desire is to be a blessing and minister to God’s people.

I went to the Fish House tonight and I seen the most inspiring and spiritual person perform.  His name is Cody James. He was
totally awesome and just lifted me. For all you who don’t know of him you can go to his myspace and listen to his music.  I
encourage you to do so because he will change a lot on how someone thinks.  I thought he was amazing and I am so thankful
that I got to go see him.  Thank you Cody and thank you pastor Howard and the rest of the Fish House!  You guys “rocked the

ministered at our Addicts Victorious Annual Drug Conferences since 2006”. Rev. Jerald F. Jenkins Executive Director: Addicts

“Cody James is not just a professional singer/songwriter; he is an anointed Christian sharing the Great News of Jesus Christ
through not only his music, but the example of his daily walk”. Bill McLemore Founder: Bill McLemore Ministries Monett, Missouri

We’ve never met, but I was in a treatment center about 3 years ago and I was walking around in such pain and sorrow.  I just
found your cd laying there and don’t know how it got there cuz I walked past that spot many times and never seen it before.  It
was a nice warm summer day and I took out my cd player and heard the whole cd; at that moment for the first time in my life, I
felt God pick me up and let me crawl in His lap, and I just let all go to Him.  I gave my life to the Lord that day and I wanted to first
thank God for me finding the cd, and I wanna thank you for making the cd.  Well I’m out of treatment and have had a few falls,
but amazingly the Lord carries me thru. Jennifer Larson Alexandria, Minnesota

crossingHey Cody,
Saw you today in Macomb IL at “The Crossing”.  Thanks for sharing your testimony, and thanks for letting me play tambourine –
it was a lot of fun, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to give something.  I especially appreciated hearing where you’ve been and
what you’ve gone through, because it gives me hope in my situation.  I’ve struggled with the idea of God taking away my issue
for a long time, because I thought I was giving it up to Him (swearing it off, asking God to just take it away) over and over again.
It has been through the “Celebrate Recovery” program that God has started to change my life, and tonight was an affirmation of
that.  I don’t have much financially right now, but if there is anything I can do to help you and your ministry, let me know.  Thanks
again for answering your call, and also for your service to our country as a fellow VET.
God bless you and your family.  Sincerely, Scott Marshall

Dear Cody,
Thank you for heeding God’s call to write, sing and record His music.  I purchased the “Bold” CD and whenever I feel low, sad,
or confused, or just want to be lifted I play it.  I put it in the car when I travel so it will be close at hand.  Traveling is a great time
to spend time with the Lord.  It is a wonderful worship CD.  ALL the songs are wonderful!!  They remind me of how much God
love’s me and where I want to be in HIM.  I can’t wait to purchase the other CD.  I know I will love it as well. Thanks again, In
Christ, Carol Daum – Joplin, Missouri

GOD bless you brother!!! I’m so glad that you have been anointed to carry out HIS word in this ministry… Songs of yours are
TRULY a gift of the HOLY SPIRIT… I listen to you and can feel HIS presence moving in and around me…. Be safe and know
that we are praying for you.

I was faced with a last minute cancellation for one our special Celebrate Recovery celebrations.  When I sent out an email to
other local CR groups explaining our cancellation, an offer came in to use Cody James for our special evening.  I had never
heard of Cody James and had no idea what his music was like, if he had any talent at all, what his testimony was like, but I was
desperate- so I trusted in God and said yes. Well- needless to say God came through, but so did Cody.  He arrived with a smile
on his face, ready to put up with a group of people that he didn’t know anything about.  But what I’ve learned about Cody is he
just does what God leads him to do, and that it to minister with his songs and remarkable talent.  He has a wonderful, Christ
honoring, testimony of redemption and ongoing Christian growth.  He sings to 40 individuals as if he is performing for an
auditorium full of people.  He is an extremely talented songwriter and performer, and our entire CR meeting was immediate Cody
James fans.  We are anxiously awaiting the opportunity to book him for an entire concert with his band.  And in the meantime- I
listen to his CD’s and become acquainted with the words and songs. If you don’t know Cody James- trust God and welcome him
to minister to your group.  You won’t be disappointed. In Him- Jana Larson Celebrate Recovery Maple Grove Covenant Church

Dear Cody,
You may not remember me I was at “The Crossing” in Quincy two weeks ago.  Your testimony and your music meant a lot to
me.  More importantly I went there that night because my friend Larry new I quit drinking and wanted me to go with him to
support him.  I finally accepted Jesus February 20 of this year.  I had a bad accident and He saved my life.  I don’t think of it as
the wreck that almost ended my life, I think of it as the wreck that saved my life. Anyways Larry thought he was going to
somewhat of an AA meeting that night.  He in some ways was an atheist.  Now since you spoke the word of God that night, he is
starting to let God in his life.  I think that you may have been there just for the reason to help Larry find Jesus.  Anyway I thought
you did an awesome job and would love to hear you again.  Keep up the good work.  God bless.  Till next time. Your friend, Tom

Cody it’s always a spirit full night with you, can never get enough of the words God gives you in His music. Thanks for the
prayer, better day today. My prayers for your new CD.Cody James has been an inspiration and encouragement to Celebrate
Recovery at Lord of Life Church, in Ramsey, MN.  He has ministered in song and testimony; reaching people through his
powerful message of deliverance from a life of chemical dependency.  What touches the hearts of many is that Cody came from
success from a worldly viewpoint, entered into a life of destruction, and when delivered came back strong with his musical talent,
sharing his story in Christ, and not looking for the material success he once knew.  All though we are a relatively small group,
Cody has touched the lives of the people struggling with life’s hurts, habits, and hang-ups!! Pastor Gary Sandberg Celebrate
Recovery Lord of Life Church-Ramsey, MN. Barb Smith St. Francis, MN

I have been involved in the recovery ministries for over 11 years working along side many great programs such as Teen
Challenge, Metro Hope Ministries, Rivercity Ministry/Fish House and Celebrate Recovery in the Twin City areas of Minnesota.
Cody James has become a favorite to many of the people that are in these wonderful programs.  His music and testimony
inspire them and bring hope to there daily walk in life.  Getting to know Cody and witnessing that what people of influence say,
“Cody is a man after God’s own heart”, is truth.  He walks in humility with great passion sharing the message of hope in Jesus
Christ.  Thank you Cody, for accepting your call in God’s kingdom work here on earth. Susan Freeburg – Celebrate Recovery

    Hey Cody
You probably don’t remember a few years ago when in desperation I reached out to you in one of my lowest points of addiction. You helped me through a few days I dont know I would have survived. The enemy was trying to convince me I was worthless. Today I know that Gods image of me is the only one that matters. Im not going to tell you my life changed over night. I had put many years into conforming to those behaviors. But since then God has done a work in me to make me relize my value to him. Thanks to a great Christian recovery program I am being of help to others as God intended me to do. I truly believe God put you there for me that day to show me no matter where you have been he has a plan for you. I since have reshaped my relationship with my children, I married the love of my life and am living the life he itended. ALL GLORY IS TO GOD. I look forward to next years bike run I am for the past two years one of your Warriors for Christ.

    Riding in the Son
    Love Brad
